In an alternate Japan, territorial street gangs unite as the Tokyo Tribes, consisting of different factions. The Wu-Ronz tribe, led by Merra, joins forces with aggressive and sadistic Buppa from Buppa Town. With Buppa's support, Merra plans to incite a brutal gang war between Wu-Ronz and the Musashino Saru tribe. During a confrontation, Merra mistakenly kills Tera, a beloved member of the Musashino Saru tribe and a friend of their popular member, Kai.

This tragic event causes all of the Tokyo Tribes to put aside their differences and form an unlikely alliance. With the aim of avenging Tera's death and ending the cycle of violence, the tribes unite against Merra and Buppa's forces.

As the tension in the city rises and the violence escalates, the Tokyo Tribes must confront their own demons and face the consequences of their actions. In a world filled with chaos, music becomes a powerful tool for expression and survival.
