Details
In The Pact (2012), Nichole Barlow travels to San Pedro with her daughter, Eva, to attend her mother's funeral. She reaches out to her estranged sister, Annie, who initially refuses to return to their childhood home due to their mother's mistreatment. However, Annie eventually agrees to help and attends the funeral. Shortly after, Nichole goes missing and Eva is left in the care of their cousin, Liz.
When Liz also disappears, Annie starts experiencing supernatural events in the house and becomes the prime suspect. Detective Bill Creek takes on the investigation and begins to suspect that something strange is happening in the house. In her desperation to find the truth, Annie enlists the help of a medium named Stevie, who warns her of the great danger lurking in the house.
Motivated by her determination to uncover her family's dark secrets, Annie delves further into her investigation. As she digs deeper, she unravels unsettling revelations from her family's past. The film delves into the mystery surrounding Nichole and Liz's disappearances, as well as Annie's unsettling findings about her own family history.
