Down to Earth

The movie Down to Earth follows the story of Lance Barton, a struggling comedian and bicycle messenger. Lance's main focus is pursuing his dreams on Earth rather than thinking about getting into heaven. But when a mishap occurs, Lance finds himself in an unexpected situation. Due to a mistake by an emissary from heaven named Mr. Keyes, Lance's life is cut short and he dies before his time.

However, instead of going straight to heaven, Lance is given a second chance at life. He is sent back to Earth in the body of a wealthy and powerful businessman named Charles Wellington. Now, Lance must navigate the challenges of being in a different body and using his new identity to his advantage.

As Lance settles into his new life, he starts to see the flaws in the world of the wealthy and powerful. He uses his comedic talents to bring humor and joy into the lives of those around him, including the woman he falls in love with, Sontee Jenkins.
