Con Air

Con Air (1997) is a thrilling action film that follows the story of Cameron Poe, a highly decorated United States Army Ranger who finds himself in a desperate situation. After returning home to Alabama to be with his wife, Tricia, Cameron gets into a fight with some drunken locals at her workplace. In a tragic turn of events, Cameron unintentionally kills one of the drunks and is sentenced to a federal penitentiary for involuntary manslaughter, where he spends the next seven years.

As his parole eligibility approaches, Cameron is filled with hope of being reunited with his wife and daughter. To make matters worse, the criminals manage to take control of the plane and hatch a plan to escape the country.

At the same time, United States Marshal Vincent Larkin is determined to help Cameron gain his freedom and put an end to the criminals' dangerous plot, led by the cunning Cyrus The Virus Grissom.
