In Beethoven's 3rd (2000), the lovable Newton family embarks on a vacation to Europe but plans to reunite with their extended family in California. To ensure that one of their family members makes it to the reunion, they decide to ship him separately. And who is the lucky traveler? None other than their mischievous and adorable dog, Beethoven!
Beethoven accompanies George Newton's brother, Richard, and his family on their road trip to California in a luxurious and expensive RV. Richard is accompanied by his nagging wife and their two bratty children. Little do they know, two bumbling crooks have hidden secret codes on a DVD that they assume no one will buy. However, Richard ends up purchasing the DVD, unknowingly holding top-secret information.
With the crooks desperate to retrieve the DVD, chaos ensues as they relentlessly pursue Richard and the Newton family. Along the way, Beethoven's misadventures and hilarious antics add to the excitement and laughter.
