When a Marine Colonel orders his men to retaliate after a failed hostage rescue mission, they decide to take matters into their own hands. Back in the United States, the Colonel is court-martialed and offered a plea agreement that would have spared his men any consequences. However, the General overseeing the trial rejects the agreement and punishes the Colonel, as well as his men, by dishonorably discharging them and stripping them of their benefits.

While being transported, the Colonel's men stage a daring rescue mission and break him out. Meanwhile, the General is determined to bring them all to justice and calls in an elite military team to track them down.
