The film follows Viktor Kahdem, a man who has lost all hope in life. He is sent to a low-security prison farm called Won Wron, where the primary objective is to reform and rehabilitate its inmates. Case Worker Matt Perry runs a unique program at the prison, using injured raptors to help heal broken men. These birds of prey include eagles, falcons, and owls.
Matt decides to take on Viktor as his top test case. He introduces Viktor to Yasmine, a magnificent wedge-tailed eagle with a 2-meter wingspan.
