Details
Frank Bartlett has endured a lifetime of torment and humiliation at the hands of his brother, Bruce. Bruce has documented Frank's embarrassing moments on film, causing Frank great distress. However, hope arises when Bruce, who has recently overcome his drug addiction, appears to have turned his life around. Unfortunately, things do not improve as expected.
